Welcome

As a non-profit organization, we rely on state and federal funding to continue to provide services to the valuable senior citizens that live in our community.

The Older Americans Act (OAA) is a federally funded program which provides nutritious meals and opportunities for people to gather and connect in the community. Additionally, the OAA helps fund health and wellness activities to provide opportunities for seniors to stay healthy and well.

The Wyoming Home Services Program (WS 9-2-1208), was created by the State of Wyoming to help senior citizens and disabled adults 18 years of age or older who are at risk for losing their independence and subject to placement in an institutional setting. This program is funded by the State of Wyoming with a required local match and clients paying for services on a sliding fee based on their income.

Transportation services are funded through the Older Americans Act along with the Wyoming Department of Transportation. The availability of transportation is essential in helping people remain at home and engaged in community by accessing grocery stores, local services, health care and employment opportunities.
